Color of deep, dark brick red with aromas of vanilla, cigar, coffee grounds, toasted coconut husk, and baking spices. The palate doesn't disappoint, with flavors of vanilla, dried tobacco leaf, blackberries & cream. It reminds us of the candy from grandma's purse, but the adult version!

A blend of 87% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, and 4% Cabernet Franc, the 2020 Resolution Peaks unfolds with a softly floral nose, delicately expressing dusty, red-fruited layers of spiced plum and dark cherry, complemented by subtle oak essences that beautifully intertwine with the fruit aromas. Medium to full-bodied, the palate exhibits freshness, complexity, and balance, showcasing succulent acidity and fine-grained tannins before gracefully transitioning to a delightfully lingering, food-friendly finish. The wine was aged for 18 months in French oak barrels (50% new), followed by an additional 18 months in the bottle before its release. 1,752 bottles produced.
